Seguin, Texas - Trinity swept the 2017 Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Men's and Women's Cross Country Championships on Saturday.
Trinity's second win in three years on the men's side marks the fourth overall conference title for the Tiger men.
The Tiger women won for the first time since the team won back-to-back championships in 2012 and 2013.
Trinity's 21 points in the women's race is the fifth-lowest score in conference history, while the men's score of 24 points is the sixth-best in SCAC history.
Taylor is the first Trinity runner to win SCAC Women's Cross Country Runner of the Year since Maddie Murphy in 2013.
Trinity's men had seven runners finish in the top 10 individually, led by Michael Erickson in second place. Erickson was just 1.24 seconds behind the winner from Colorado College.
First-year Harry Bellow finished sixth to earn SCAC Men's Newcomer of the Year accolades, while fellow first-year Jordan Juran was ninth on the women's side to nab the SCAC Women's Newcomer of the Year award.
Both Trinity teams will be back in action at the NCAA South/Southeast Regional Championships in Newport News, Virginia, on Saturday, November 11.
