San Antonio - Trinity senior Lindsay Hagmann earned Honorable Mention All-America honors to highlight the final day of competition at the NCAA Championships.
Lindsay Hagmann began the final day with the 100 free prelims and finished in ninth place with a time of 50.83 seconds to secure Honorable Mention All-America honors. Hagmann's swim was just 0.01 seconds from making the championship final and 0.51 seconds off her school record.
In the consolation finals, Hagmann finished in eleventh with a time of 50.95 in her last race at the NCAA Championships.
Trinity relay team also competed in the preliminaries Saturday morning. Star Rosales, Lauren Cuda, Abbie Jones, and Hagmann finished in 19th place in the 400 freestyle relay event with a time of 3:28.89, which was 0.2 seconds faster than their posted time at the SCAC Championships.
Senior Christine Peterson also competed today on the 3-meter board in 26th place with a score of 373.75 to end her collegiate career.
Trinity's five female student-athletes scored 28 points over the four-day event to place 23rd at the NCAA Championships, while the two first-year Tiger men's divers scored a total of seven team points to tie for 44th place.
