We just wrapped up our SCAC Championship meet in Atlanta, Georgia. We had hoped for dry conditions but that was not the case, it rained from the time we arrived until the moment we left.  That has been a theme for us this season having not run a single meet without rain.  The Georgia red clay was quite slick making the downhills especially tough through the woods. Despite the conditions, the course was really beautiful and the teams ran solid races. Our top finishers were Bryant Wright and Caitlin Masse who were both 2nd overall. We had two more men named to the All-Conference team, Chass Armstrong (7th) and Zach Brush (11th).  In addition, our men's team finished higher than any other team in our Region, keeping our dream of going to the NCAA meet alive.  We head to Greensboro, North Carolina in two weeks to compete for the NCAA South/Southeast Region title. The top two teams advance to the National Championships in Cleveland. The men hope to make as good of a run as the women did last year as we surprised the field with our 6th place finish at the National meet.
