Trinity Cross Country teams Finish in Second Place at SCAC Championships

Trinity's men's team, which won the title in 2015, scored 32 points Saturday, and placed second to Colorado College's 25.

Austin Brown was the Tiger men's top runner, crossing the finish line in 26:23.48. Brown, who placed second, led a group of five Trinity runners who earned All-SCAC honors. Joining Brown on the All-SCAC Team were Brian Wongchotigul who placed 3rd, Michael Erickson in 6th, Andy Cottrell in 9th, and Colton Hawkins with a 12th place finish.

Trinity's women finished as runners-up, with 45 points, as Colorado College scored 18.

Six Tigers earned All-SCAC accolades, paced by third-place finisher Molly McCullough, who crossed the finish line in 22:49.4. Laura Taylor finished 9th, Melissa Whitman was 10th, Lexi Phelps came in 11th, Allison Hill was 12th, and Natalie Geisler posted a 13th place finish.
