Trinity's Perdomo and Lindig Named to SCAC Cross Country All-Sportsmanship Teams

 San Antonio -- Trinity University Tiger sophomores Sal Perdomo and Joy Lindig have been named to the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Men's and Women's Cross Country All-Sportsmanship Teams, respectively.
 
Each conference team selected one student-athlete for the award, which exemplifies the SCAC's  emphasis on sportsmanship throughout the year.
 
Perdomo (Irving, Texas/Jesuit College Prep) entered the Trinity cross country record books with the 12th-best 8k time in school history. He earned All-South/Southeast Region honors with a No. 29 finish, and a time of 26:35, last month at Memphis.
 
Lindig (Houston/Westchester Academy) placed 43rd at the SCAC Championships in October, held in Seguin, Texas.
 
Trinity's cross country teams are led by Head Coach Jenny Breuer.
