For the second meet in a row first-year Rosemary Steup led the Tigers to a first place team finish. She recorded her second individual collegiate win in as many weeks, beating runner-up Sheila Salil of Texas A&M Corpus Christi by an impressive 32 seconds. First-year teammates Vanessa Moreno (fifth) and Maddie Murphy (sixth) were only two seconds apart from each other, with times of 19:54 and 19:56 respectively for the 5k course. First-years Jackie Newell and Jessie Dean rounded out the top five with 13th and 23rd place showings.  The Tiger women beat out second place Incarnate Word University by a margin of 21 points.
