General Information for 2010 SCAC Cross Country Championship

Location-  The championships will take place at Texas Lutheran University in Seguin, Texas (roughly 40 minutes outside of San Antonio).

Race Time - 9:00AM Men's 8,000m Race and 10:00AM Women's 6,000m Race

Coaches Meeting- 5:00PM Friday, October 29, at the course.

Entries - Due to the host institution (via ASPI) by midnight CT on the Monday prior to the Championships

Course- The course will be available for practice on Friday from 12:00pm-6:00pm

Packet Pick-up - Packets will be available at the course on Friday and 90 minutes prior to the start of competition on Saturday

Banquet-There will be a luncheon picnic after both races on Saturday

Awards- The top 14 finishers at the championships will be named to the All-SCAC Team, with each runner awarded a medallion following the meet. The first individual finisher will be named SCAC Runner-of-the-Year. The first freshman (first-year) will be named SCAC Newcomer-of-the-Year. The team champions will be awarded championship trophies provided by the conference office.
