The Trinity National Invitational, held on October 30^th-31^st, was a crucial weekend for Tiger Volleyball in MANY ways.  Not only were the Tigers up against the toughest competition in the country (#1 Juniata, #2 Oshkosh, #8 Wittenberg), but we were in need of even greater consistency as we head to the SCAC Conference Tournament in just a few short days.  While the Tigers were out to win the tournament, we were even more focused on ourselves - we needed to use the weekend to grow as a team, to gain momentum, and to test ourselves against the best.

The Tigers finished out the weekend at 1-2 with a 5 set victory over Wittenberg!  Earning the win was rewarding given that it was our final home match, but what was even more rewarding is the momentum we gained!!  We hit the road on Thursday - headed for the SCAC Tournament in Atlanta Georgia - knowing that our tough schedule has prepared us to defend our SCAC title.  WE ARE READY to battle it out with ‘best of the best.'
