THREE TIGER VOLLEYBALL PLAYERS EARN ALL-SCAC HONORS

San Antonio -- Three Trinity University Tigers have been elected to the All-Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Teams.

Senior middle blocker Aly Hazelwood of Baytown, Texas, made the All-SCAC First Team. Senior middle blocker Ginger Haley of Arlington, Texas, made the Second Team. Junior setter Caiti Troyer of Atlanta, was elected to the Third Team.

Voting was conducted by SCAC volleyball coaches.

Hazelwood, who made the Third team in 2007, leads the Tigers with 142 blocks. She also has chalked up 271 kills.

Haley has amassed 219 kills and 101 blocks this season.

Troyer has chalked up 1,322 assists, along with 409 digs.

The Tigers, ranked No. 17 in the NCAA Division III, stand at 26-10 overall.
