Lindsay Euers Named to SCAC All-Sportsmanship Team

San Antonio - Trinity University Tigers sophomore Lindsay Euers (Austin, Texas/Bowie) has been named to the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Women's Soccer All-Sportsmanship Team.

Eleven women's players from the conference were selected for the All-Sportsmanship Teams. The award exemplifies the SCAC's special emphasis on sportsmanship throughout the year.

Euers, a defender, was earlier selected for the All-SCAC Third Team. She was a key member of the Tiger which yielded only 11 goals during the season.

Trinity, led by seventh-year head Coach Lance Key, finished the season with an 18-2-0 overall record and a 10-0-0 mark in the SCAC. The Tigers won their fifth SCAC Championship under Coach Key's leadership, and the 15th overall. Coach Key also guided Trinity to its sixth NCAA postseason appearance in seven years, and 16th overall. The Tigers advanced to the NCAA second round.
