Katie Garrett Earns SCAC Defensive Player of the Week Honors
San Antonio - Trinity University Tigers sophomore goalkeeper Katie Garrett of Joshua, Texas (Joshua), has been named the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Women's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week.

The Tigers are ranked No. 6 in the NCAA Division III by both the NSCAA and D3soccer.com national polls. Trinity is on a 14-game winning streak, standing at 15-1-0 overall. The defending conference champs are currently 8-0-0 in SCAC play.
Trinity, led by seventh-year head coach Lance Key, concludes its regular-season schedule with two SCAC road games. The Tigers meet DePauw on Friday at Greencastle, Ind., and Centre on Sunday at Danville, Ky.
