Ali Marzella

Sophomore Ali Marzella has been a tremendous key in the success of the lady Tigers this season. She has started every game for the exception of one. She has an astounding 12.4 points per game average and an 80.2 free throw percentage.

Her best game this season was against Sewanee on January 17th, when she led the team to a season high win of 95-71. She scored 27 points which was a team season-best. Within that she put away six 3-pointers and nine field goals, along with making three of four free throws.

As a freshman she broke Trinity's record of most 3-pointers made in a season. She also had quite an impressive high school career by breaking Katy Taylor's record of the most consecutive free throws made in a row.

The best advice she has ever received has come from her mother who said, "Apply what you learned yesterday, work hard for tomorrow, and live and love to the fullest today!"
