All-Americans Shine at Pomona Invitational
Three Tigers represented Trinity at the Pomona-Pitzer Track & Field Invitational this past weekend. Two of the three came away with NCAA provisional qualifying times.
Senior All-American Chass Armstrong is now fourth in the nation after placing third in the 1500m at the Pomona Pitzer Invite. His time of 3:52.75 is not only a provisional mark, but also a new school record, besting his own time of 3:52.81 set last year. Junior two-time All-American Zach Brush placed fourth in the 800m dash with a time of 1:52.67. This currently places him sixth in the nation. Senior All-American Bryant Wright participated in the 5,000m run placing sixth with a time of 15:14.25.
