Tyler Czinege Earns District Academic Honor From CoSIDA

San Antonio - Trinity University Tigers senior defender Tyler Czinege has been elected to the CoSIDA/ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District VI Men’s Soccer Team.

Czinege, a marketing major from Kansas City, Kan. (Rockhurst), is now eligible for selection to the national Academic All-America Team, which will be announced Nov. 18.

Voting is conducted nationwide by members of CoSIDA, the College Sports Information Directors of America.

The Tigers are ranked No. 6 in the NCAA Division III, and have a record of 13-1-2. Trinity won its eighth straight - and 13th overall - Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference title (8-0-0 record), and a bid to the NCAA playoffs.
