Two Tiger Golfers Make SCAC All-Sportsmanship Teams

San Antonio – Trinity first-year golfer Geoffrey Setiawn and senior Olivia Kotter made the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Men’s and Women’s Golf All-Sportsmanship Teams, respectively.

Each head coach was asked to select a student-athlete who exhibited sportsmanship throughout the season.

Setiawan, from Jakarta, Indonesia (International Community School), placed 13^th at last month’s SCAC Championship Tournament at Stone Mountain, Ga.  He shot a 236 at the 54-hole, par-70 men’s event, played at the Stonemont Course. Kotter, from Akron, Ohio (Firestone), finished No. 21, with a 275 total, at the par-74 women’s three-round tournament.

The Tiger men and women each placed fifth in the team event.

Trinity is led by 12^th-year head coach Carla Spenkoch, and the assistant is Craig McConnell, a former Tiger standout.
