TIger Football Announces Weekly Awards

San Antonio - Trinity Head Coach Steve Mohr has announced the latest weekly award-winners for the Texas Lutheran game.

The awards are votied on each week by the Tiger football staff, and announced on Mondays.

This week's Honorary Offensive Captain will be Daniel South, while Antonio Debouse will be the Honorary Defensive Captain of the week.

The other awards given out are:

Hit of the Week:  Justin Campbell
Offensive Hustler of the Week:  Travis Batts
Defensive Hustler of the Week:  Justin Adler
MVP Back:  Markham Stayton
MVP Lineman:  Justin Campbell
Special Teams:  Kyle Trella

The Trinity football team will play its third straight road game this week, continuing Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference play against Sewanee: University of the South.  Kickoff for Saturday's game is scheduled for noon.
