Mike Scott '74 (B.S., home building) was a defensive back for Tiger football from 1970-1973. Mr. Scott is the Tigers all-time leader in career interceptions (22). Those 22 interceptions were ranked fifth all time in the NCAA, in 1973. He also is Trinity's single-season leader in interceptions (10), set in 1973. A versatile student-athlete, Mr. Scott was a member of Trinity's baseball team from 1971-1973, which advanced to the NCAA Division I playoffs. Mr. Scott is vice president of Austin Commercial, a construction management and general contracting company headquartered in Dallas.
